Tip your hat to charity

All participants will follow Father Christmas wearing their T-shirts purchased for R120, the entrance fee, and a Christmas hat of their choice.

Don your Christmas hat and join the fun RE/MAX Dolphin Realtors   2016 Charity Hat Walk on Sunday, December 4 starting at the Salt Rock Country Club.

The 5km walk starts at 6.30am.

This social walk welcomes children, babies in prams and pushchairs and dogs who will receive a pawfect Christmas bandana to strut about in (sponsored by Pawfect).

All participants will follow Father Christmas wearing their T-shirts purchased for R120, the entrance fee, and a Christmas hat of their choice.

There is no charge for children under 12 years, but they must wear a red T-shirt.

There will be a halfway water point handing out water sponsored by The Shed Restaurant at the Lichi Orchard.

All proceeds will be donated to Vision 153 and Puppy SOS. Vision 153 feeds and uplifts daily some 1400 widows and orphans from local communities. There will also be a collection of dog food for Puppy SOS which rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes animals.

“Thank you to Simon and Kim Peacock from RE/MAX Dolphin Realtors for their generous sponsorship,” said organiser Barry Holland. This is a Ballito community event and all are welcome. For more details call Barry Holland at 083 252 0691.
