Estate living comes to Tongaat

Buyers and those interested in property investment showed a keen interest in the estate at the Waterways Estate launch last week

A new upmarket Estate has made its way to Tongaat, bringing a much needed face-lift to the area.

Located in the quiet area of Plein Street, Waterways Residential Estate has promised buyers a secure and convenient estate living option.

Choprop Sales & Lettings marketing manager Jemendra Haripershad said Changing Tides Property developers’ aim was to integrate the best of estate living into one complete lifestyle offering.

“The professional team has been very clear around rehabilitating the natural area.

“They have blended the architecture into the environment as well as created key facilities for the entire family, like kids a play area.

“During the three-day launch of the estate, 60 per cent of the units were sold.”

Buyers and those interested in property investment showed a keen interest in the estate at the Waterways Estate launch last Friday.

Haripershad said units are available from one to three bedrooms and are priced from R450 000 upward.

“We have been very specific about our pricing to ensure that despite our unique product offering, our first-phase will provide some of the most competitive prices on the North Coast.

“This provides a great opportunity for our investors to get in early and benefit from the value and capital appreciation.”
