Eyewitness account: Ballito pastor arrests and then prays for alleged Junction murderer

A Ballito pastor first arrested a man he had seen slit the throat of a woman – then prayed for him.

The pastor was shopping for a radio controlled car for his son on Wednesday afternoon when he heard screams coming from the ladies bathroom on the top floor of the Ballito Junction shopping centre.

Paid parking comes to KwaDukuza

A new paid parking tariff system that will come into effect as of November 1 is set to boost local employment, creating more than 50 jobs in KwaDukuza, according to the municipality.

The KwaDukuza municipality will be putting in place a paid parking management system within the KwaDukuza CBD urban areas, including Ballito, Stanger and Shakaskraal, charging a rate of R6 an hour.
