Weather: Expect heavy rain until Thursday
The heavy rain is expected to clear by the weekend, with light showers predicted for Friday morning.
Heavy showers, thunderstorms and localised flooding are on the cards for parts of today (Wednesday) and tomorrow (Thursday).
South African Weather Service forecaster Wiseman Dlamini said 80 percent rainfall was expected to last until this evening.
“The rain should clear up by the evening and an 80 percent chance of rainfall is predicted for tomorrow morning.”
There is an 85 percent humidity rate today.
Dlamini warned that there was a high probability of localised flooding.
