Sailor’s Cricket Academy owner, Sailor Mhlongo, hosted the honorary cricket match at Ashton College for Bronwyn Herselman, whose two oldest sons Matthew and Samuel are a part of his academy.

“When I heard one of my moms’ was sick I thought this would be a great way to support her and show her that she is not alone in her fight.”
The boys all wore bright pink shirts with ‘Batting for Bronwyn’ embroidered on the back, and funds from a cake sale on the day went to the Pink Phoenix Cancer Foundation.
The match started with Bronwyn facing the first few balls, bowled to her by her sons.
