The body was seen by a cattle herder and a man collecting wood near the river

The decomposed body of a man was found floating on the Umvoti river on Monday.

According to Ilembe SAPS cluster spokesperson, constable Sibusiso Khuzwayo, the body was seen by a cattle herder and a man collecting wood near the river.

“The body was decomposed in such a way that, it was not easy to estimate his age,” said Khuzwayo.

Police are appealing to any one with information about this incident to please call KwaDukuza SAPS at 032-5518287.
