WATCH: Pupils protest in Stanger over teacher dismissal

The pupils protested outside the department of education district office.

Hundreds of children from Stanger High school took to the streets this morning to voice their anger after the recent dismissal of their mathematics teacher.

The pupils made their way down Chief Albert Luthuli Street and King Shaka Street in Stanger, to the department of education district office where they are currently protesting.

The education department has said they will respond to the school within the next three days.
