Load shedding update: Prepare for stage 2
Prepare yourselves for another day of load shedding.
The power utility has confirmed that stage 2 load shedding will be implemented nationally from 9am – 10pm today.
This means that, according to the schedule, Ballito should be without power from 6pm – 8.30pm.
KwaDukuza should be without power from 10am – 12.30pm and again from 6pm – 8.30pm.

In a statement the power utility said, “As a result of a shortage of capacity, due to a number of generating units still out of service due to breakdowns, Eskom will be implementing stage 2 load shedding.
