Fire engulfs Umdloti Kwikspar

A manager has been treated for smoke inhalation.

Firefighters rushed at battle the blaze that caused serious damages at Umdloti Kwikspar this morning.

One female employee was treated for minor smoke inhalation.

The fire caused serious damage to the building.

According to Kyle van Reenen of Crisis Medical there were no other serious injuries reported.

“The extent of the damage still to be confirmed and the cause of the fire to be investigated,” said Van Reenen.

Spar management could not be reached at the time of publication.
