Sheffield Beach’s Roxanne Wang is Mrs Tourism International 2019
Roxanne did South Africa proud in winning one of the six main titles, the Mrs Tourism International 2019, as well as receiving The Mrs Tourism Ambassador 2019, 1st runner up in best talent and best in sports award.
Our very own local beauty queen, Roxanne Theresa Parkinson-Wang who lives in Sheffield Beach and attended Danville Park Girls High School, represented alongside 25 other woman from different countries at the 3rd Annual Mrs Tourism Pageant in the Philippines in October.
Roxanne did South Africa proud in winning one of the six main titles, the Mrs Tourism International 2019, as well as receiving The Mrs Tourism Ambassador 2019, 1st runner up in best talent and best in sports award.
“The title is essential to fostering tourism for the country which is an economic gain both nationally and locally,” said Roxanne.

Roxanne is not only a beauty queen but an entrepreneur and philanthropist with her own health and wellness company.
Her passion is to continue to work with animals as she has currently taken in over 30 rescues, and her goal is to assist the Rhino Conservation Centre in KZN.
