Matrics, register now for your results via SMS

The North Coast Courier invites the class of 2019 to register and receive their 2019 matric results via SMS and USSD.

You have worked for this for 12 years, your parents – or in some cases guardians – have spent countless nights at work in order to get you to this moment and now, you get to see if all the effort you have put in has paid off.

The end of your matric year, and the closing of a chapter in your life marks the arrival to the start of a new journey bringing you that much closer to fulfilling your greatest dreams.

You now have the power to step out into the real world and claim your destiny.

Caxton Local Media knows exactly how daunting it can be to have to wait for your matric results and, this is exactly why the local media giant is proud to announce its partnership with the Department of Basic Education.

The North Coast Courier invites the class of 2019 to register and receive their 2019 matric results via SMS and USSD.

Registration officially starts on Wednesday, November 27 and learners will have until January 31, 2020 to receive their official results.

Registering is easier than that last maths exams and only requires one of two steps.

Either SMS your South African Identification number and examination number to 35658, or dial *120*35658# to register via USSD.

Each SMS costs R1.50 and USSD costs are R1.50 per minute (free SMSes and minutes do not apply).

Results will be released on January 7, 2020 and registered learners will receive their results via SMS.

Matrics will also be able to view their results per subject by dialing *120*35658#.

Should matric pupils have any queries regarding the registration process, they can contact the Caxton Call Centre at 011 504 0008 on Mondays to Fridays from 8am until 5pm.
