Springvale Country Estate launches third phase

Springvale Country Estate is excited to have launched Phase Three of their family-owned development, giving buyers a lot of optimism and something to look forward to.
Sales manager Stuart Graham is unperturbed by the national crisis and said it was not a reason for negativity.
“At the end of the day the people still need somewhere to live,” said Graham. “Our municipal services and other necessary documents are getting approved quickly and we hope to break ground very soon.”
Ballito residents Brett and Leah Shone are one of the buyers in the estate and look forward to the open, sea-facing yet quiet, farm-style living that Springvale Estate offers them.
“We cannot wait to move in with our kids and our pets. The estate is perfect for us,” said Leah Shone.
Springvale Country Estate developer Mike Graham welcomed Springvale family and friends to his home at Birdhaven on the evening of March 5, highlighting the new Sheffield development.
The evening was an opportunity for the future Springvale community to ignite their imaginations as to all the possibilities that so much space could offer them.

Guests enjoyed selecting produce from a #loveyourhome and #growyourown harvest table with an array of locally produced seasonal veggies and citrus.
Julia Botha, co-author with Charles Botha of the ‘Bringing Nature Back to Your Garden’ book addressed the guests and the evening also served as a platform to launch Phase Three of the development.
“We are extremely excited about launching phase three on the ridge. This part of the estate boasts large 2,600 to 3,800 square-metre sites with incredible north-east vistas over the whole estate, and distant sea views,” said Graham.
