It is understood that the president may reintroduce the night-time curfew, reports the Sunday Times, citing a report.
Amongst other things expected to be discussed is the possible limited movement between provinces, a reduction in the number of passengers per vehicle – both private and public transport – and the clamping down on regulations pertaining to the sale of alcohol.
