Round Table’s Winter Knights comes to the aid of Matthew 25:35

Round Table Ballito in conjunction with its Durban and Umhlanga districts donated over 700 blankets to local non-profit ministry Matthew 25:35.
The donation served as part of Round Table’s national project, Winter Knights.
Matthew 25:35 assists communities across the province. Its efforts are aimed at those affected by Covid-19.
Yvonne Halley of Matthew 25:35 said their objective since lockdown has been to help those who need it most.
“Our ministry operates from Glenashley to Ballito and thanks to the support from the community, we have been able to help the Malacca Road, Briardene and Cornubia informal settlements, including a soup kitchen in Hillary,” she said.
“During lockdown we have seen communities come together and we are again appealing to anyone who can help to donate non-perishable food items. We are able to collect.”
Ballito resident Alice de la Porte, also from the NPO, extended her thanks to the Round Table.
