Shakashead dog owner pleads for beloved pet’s safe return
It is claimed that Juju's abductors were trying to peddle the dog for R300.
A Shakashead pet owner is frantically appealing to the community to help him locate his dog, Juju, who is believed to have been stolen from his owner’s yard near the Baptist Church on Thursday.
Tyrone Perumal said he had to take his daughter to the clinic on that day and when he returned home, Juju was missing.
“I heard that some people had spotted Juju on his leash near Umhlali Country Club,” Tyrone said, noting that Juju’s captors were allegedly attempting to sell him for R300.
Juju is a Boston Terrier cross about three years of age.
