With a focus on affordability, phase one of the development launched and sold 114 apartments on opening day three months ago.
Situated within the North Point Ballito business park, Bliss Ballito is one of the North Coast’s latest residential developments which has sparked interest among Stanger, Tongaat, Phoenix, Mount Edgecombe and Verulam residents seeking a home closer to work.
Phase two – already 70 percent sold out – has started and consists of 136 sectional title units.
The developer, True North, aimed to tick three boxes – affordability, location and functionality.
North Point Ballito is a 380 000sqm business park located along the R102 between Shaka’s Head and Salt Rock. Development of the business park began in January 2020 and comprises of 51 sites.
It addresses the rising demand for commercial space on the Dolphin Coast, specifically businesses in the tech, trade and logistics sectors.
True North noted that interest in the development had also come from Chatsworth, Berea, Musgrave, Glenwood and Sydenham.
“We are proud to present a product of this caliber in an all-inclusive and dynamic mixed-use precinct that aims to set a new precedent for coastal suburbs,” said True North director, Bruce Bremner.
Creating some excitement, the launch of phase two offers the opportunity of winning an apartment to the value of R700 000.
