Miss Ballito Teen and Pre-teen finalists give Tiffany’s Beach wall a facelift

Finalists painted the wall under the guidance of Dylan Smith, who is better known as the 'Creative Yeti'.

A striking wall mural now graces the entrance to Tiffany’s Beach, Salt Rock, thanks to the young finalists for Miss Ballito Teen and Pre-Teen competitions.

The finalists and other role players painted the wall on Saturday, under the guidance of Dylan Smith, aka ‘The Creative Yeti’, and his non-profit organisation, Painting on Purpose.

Ready to paint – finalists Lilihle Mtshali, Nicoleah Mthimkhulu, Siphosami Lushaba and Sphile Kubone.

Miss Ballito organiser Heidie Smith said Miss Ballito Teen and Pre-teen is a new initiative introduced this year as a build-up to the Miss Ballito pageant.

Aphiwe Mlungwana and Sophie Bell apply the finishing touches.

“Their community project was a fantastic collaboration. BBS Mica Ballito sponsored the paint, Vision 153 assisted, as did Miss Ballito 2022 Melissa Landman, her princesses Micheline and Chantelle Souchon and Miss Ballito 2021, Cikizwa Vilakazi,” said Smith.

Maxine Pillay, Nobuhle Nala, Philisile da Silver and Alicia Pillay having a good time.

She thanked everyone who came out in support.
