Winning a new apartment is just bliss!

Bliss Ballito is part of the wider North Point Ballito project between Umhlali and Imbonini Business Park.

A week before Black Friday, one Bliss Ballito phase one buyer got lucky, winning a unit worth R700 000.

Bliss Ballito officially broke ground during its open day on Saturday.

Neresh Maganlal was the grateful winner on the day, taking home the title deed to his soon-to-be-built apartment.

Despite missing out on the draw, the other homeowners and prospective buyers took solace in the live music, face painting and delicious food on site.

Bliss Ballito is part of the wider North Point Ballito project between Umhlali and Imbonini Business Park.

It will have 250 homes upon completion, with prices starting at R900 000.
