Homeless man discovers human remains in Stanger

KwaDukuza police have opened an inquest docket after the grisly discovery in a forest.

A mango-searching trip turned into a traumatic experience for a homeless KwaDukuza man when he stumbled on a human skeleton on Tuesday afternoon.

While searching for mangoes nature called, and he entered a forest near Townview Road in Stanger to relieve himself.

That’s when he noticed a human skull at a distance, and on closer examination discovered human remains.

He reported his discovery to the KwaDukuza police who opened an inquest docket.
