Being the superhost that she is, Exelby shares the following tips on how you can be a good host:

• Supply as many amenities as possible. People want to feel at home and providing amenities such as extra blankets, towels, board games and such will help you achieve that. The more you offer, the more attractive your listing will be.
• Give your guests space. Hosting a stranger in your home will not be easy. After your guests have checked in, let them be the ones to contact you. Refrain from showing up unannounced.
• Store away all valuable and sentimental items. There is always a risk that something could break. A glass or a plate is no biggie, but some things are impossible to replace.
