Moving and grooving at the silent disco
Nikita Gouveia, founder of JustBe Lifestyle, led silent disco-goers in dance last weekend.
Women of all ages and fitness levels danced the morning away on Saturday as part of the JustBe Dance silent disco in Salt Rock.
Held at Four Poles Beach, 35 women were led through a number of exercises, stretches, yoga movements and, of course, dances by instructor Nikita Gouveia.

Gouveia is the founder of JustBe Lifestyle and has past experience leading group movement classes, most recently at the Awaken Yoga Festival in the Drakensberg.
“It has been such a great morning, the ladies were all up and ready to get moving. I themed it along with the New Year and we had a really good time together,” said Gouveia.

She had previously hosted a similar event at The Place three years ago, but plans on making the silent disco a more regular fixture on the calendar.

She said up to 100 people can be instructed comfortably, so there will be plenty of space at the next one.
