KwaDukuza pastor’s book launch well supported
Pastor Jenna Moodley was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2016 and spent the past six-and-a-half years penning her story in a book.
KwaDukuza pastor Jenna Moodley was overwhelmed with joy when she launched her first book on Saturday to much applause at the Philadelphia Full Gospel Church in KwaDukuza.

“I am not used to being in the limelight. I was somewhat out of my comfort zone, but understood the necessity of carrying my vision to completion,” she said.

She was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2016 and spent the past six-and-a-half years penning her story in a book titled Journey Through the Valley.

After the formalities, Moodley spent more than an hour signing copies of her book.

“Writing a book is difficult for a healthy person, but for someone struggling with a brain tumour and undergoing traumatic brain surgery, it was a massive undertaking and an almost impossible task. Perseverance was the key.”

She thanked all those who attended the launch and all those who supported her from day one.
