Matkovich Projects unveils Verve apartments
Some people may opt to acquire units to increase their monthly passive income by renting them out, either for long or short terms.
Luxury apartments ranging in price from R1.85-million to R4-million were showcased at the launch of the Verve development at Simbithi last Wednesday.
Those attending had a sneak peek of what the 28 apartments had to offer, from loft-style units to those with gardens attached.
It is anticipated that a few of the units would be scooped up by property owners looking to grow their monthly passive incomes by renting out the units, either on long or short terms.
The developer was Matkovich Projects.
