New 650-unit estate offers economical options in Sheffield
Construction has commenced at Sheffield Hills, the latest project by North Global Group developers, offering affordable housing options starting from R599 000.
Ground has officially been broken on a new 650-unit estate which promises ‘economically inclusive’ estate living options.
Sheffield Hills is the latest project from North Global Group developers, who were also behind neighbouring Elaleni Coastal Forest Estate in Sheffield.
Units are available for as little as R599 000 for a studio, up to R1 399 000 for a three bed, two bath option and are pitched to be an affordable option with estate benefits.
It officially launched in August 2022, with all
127 units selling off-plan over the launch weekend.
Construction is expected to take a year.
