Property Q & A gives insight into estate build process

Questions ranged from whether redesigns needed new council approval to which indigenous plant life would best suit residents' gardens.

Building your dream home can be stressful at the best of times but even more so in estates which may impose extra rules.

To answer questions about the process and give helpful tips on avoiding issues, Dwell Properties recently held a panel Q&A session at the Zululami Wetland Clubhouse.

Chaired by Dwell director Devon De Lange, the panel included Dave Nelson from Bloc Architects, Karl Wang from KR Projects and Lucas Uys from Uys and White Landscape Architects.

The panel makeup was specifically designed so that residents and future homeowners could ask questions about every part of the process from design to final fittings.

Questions ranged from whether redesigns needed new council approval to which indigenous plant life would best suit residents’ gardens.
