Cupcake fundraiser drive hits the mark

More than 1 400 cupcakes were sold.

Cupcakes of Hope took to Tiffany’s Shopping Centre at the weekend where 2 000 cupcake treats were up for grabs for as little as R15 each.

Zoe and Oliver Bennet eager to try out the many sweet treats on offer.

A national effort held at 60 malls across the country, the initiative raises funds to help children fight cancer.

Volunteers spent two days baking the delicious cupcakes, with coordinator Tamara Manicum saying she was overjoyed at the turnout and effort put into pulling off a successful event.
