Zululami Luxury Coastal Estate continues to expand.
A new 24 apartment complex is scheduled to open in April next year.
Perched on the southern side of the estate in Sheffield, the HUSK development faces north-east towards the ocean and overlooks the Starrwood Conservancy.
It offers two- and three-bedroom apartments from R2.785-million and is one of eight sectional title options within the estate.
Developed by Collins Residential, Zululami and neighbouring Seaton Estate offer reciprocal access which doubles the number of amenities available to residents.
They have proved popular with buyers looking to move to the North Coast searching for the safety of an estate.
According to Collins Residential CEO, Murray Collins, between 45 and 60 families are moving to the area every month.
HUSK offers partial off-grid living packages for those who want to insulate themselves where possible, while trying to stay green.
“We remain committed to promoting sustainable living practices. The complex offers solar water heating systems, rainwater storage and optional inverter and gas hob upgrades,” said Collins.
Apartments are also available for short- and long-term letting through the estate’s accredited agents.
