Update: Teen’s body found at Christmas Bay

The search for a second drown victim will resume after lunch today in the Westbrook area.

The body of a 16-year-old boy who drowned at Christmas Bay yesterday afternoon was found this morning.

Samantha Meyrick of IPSS Search and Rescue said KwaDukuza lifeguards located the body during their water and beach patrols.

Meanwhile, the search for a 25-year-old man who drowned at Westbrook late yesterday afternoon, will resume after lunch today.
