Professional photographer Tom Watkeys shares insights at Ballito Photo Club’s monthly gathering

The monthly meeting at Simbithi Country Club serves as a platform for photography enthusiasts to showcase their talent and exchange ideas.

Travel and adventures was the topic for discussion at the Ballito Photo Club’s monthly meeting at Simbithi Country Club last week.

Guest speaker was professional photographer Tom Watkeys, who works internationally.

Caro Smith: Life’s Tough – overall senior and mono category winner.

 

Haydn McClure: Tired – overall junior and nature category winner.

 

Simone Fisher: Low tide – winner Colour open category.

 

Caro Smith was the overall senior and mono category winner for her photograph titled ‘Life’s Tough’ and Haydn McClure was the overall junior and nature category winner for his photo of a leopard titled ‘Tired’.

Suzanne Morshead: Pavement Cobbler- winner photojournalism category.

 

John Roux: Kommetjie Sunrise – winner scapes category.

 

Anita Daly: Cheese for One – winner set subject category (Food).

 

Margot Bayne: Lily Flare – visual art category winner.

 

The other monthly category winners were Simone Fisher, Suzanne Morshead, John Roux, Anita Daly and Margot Bayne.
