#Letters: Don’t let the dogs out

"Two vicious dogs live on a property with no gate and they often chase pedestrians and domestic workers" - Michelle Wort.

Salt Rock resident Michelle Wort writes:

I write this letter in the hope that someone in authority can assist.

We live in a road where we as residents live in fear of walking or running down our road.

Two vicious dogs live on a property with no gate and they often chase pedestrians and domestic workers.

These dogs are dangerous and it is traumatic being chased by them under the threat of being attacked.

The owners have been approached but couldn’t care less.

Although we have reported this issue to the police, SPCA pound and Ballito protection services, nothing gets done about the problem.

Is there anyone who can help please?
