New R80-million Ballito apartment complex unveiled
The four-storey building will house apartments ranging from 32 to 178,44 square metres.
A new R80-million apartment development at Ballito Village was unveiled at a private launch at Fiamma Grill last week.
The Burleigh Ballito project features 30 units, offering a range of options from studios to four-bedroom apartments.

Showcasing what developers can do on a relatively small parcel of land, the four-storey building will house apartments ranging from 32 to 178,44 square metres. Prices will start at R995 000.
Sandwiched between Compensation Beach Road and Edward Place, the development is one road back from the beach, between Clarke Bay and the tidal pool.

Investors can expect significant savings, including around R45 000 on transfer duty. Additionally, the development offers an estimated monthly rental income starting from R15 000, with an annual gross rental yield of about 8.2%.

According to a recent Rainmaker Marketing Property Report, the North Coast has become a hotspot for semigration, with 77% of relocations coming from within the province.

The adult population in Ballito has more than doubled over the past 12 years, with an average of 102 adults moving here every month.
