An impressive 97% of the first phase of the Sheffield Hills development has already been sold.

Phase one comprises of 149 units. Sheffield Hills recently enjoyed its grand opening, welcoming homeowners and potential buyers to the site.

The show unit at Sheffield Hills gave potential buyers a look at what was possible in the units.

The development opened its doors just over a year since ground was broken in May 2023 and some early buyers have already taken occupation.

Developed by North Global Group (NGG), who are also behind Elaleni Coastal Estate, Sheffield Manors and Sheffield Gardens; Sheffield Hills offers affordable options in a convenient location just off the P228 (across the road from Sheffield Manors).

NGG director, Wesley Bench-Capon, said the intent of the development was to offer safe and comfortable living in a growing suburb.

Sheffield Hills’ second phase is already underway and includes five more apartment blocks and the construction of the communal clubhouse.

Forty percent of phase two units have been sold off plan.
