Chic leopard print brigade gather to support a good cause

Brettenwood women's breakfast raises funds for organisation combatting period poverty.

Leopard print chic and striking red lips were the order of the day at a fundraising breakfast held at Brettenwood’s Woodlands Café last month.

The women in attendance came out to support the Red Movement, an organisation at the forefront of combatting period poverty.

Sibu Lubelwana and co-founder of The Red Movement, Lesego Mpyana.

Having already transformed the lives of more than 10 000 girls, the event was another step forward in ensuring the Red Movement continue to achieve more.

Samantha Subban, the marketing and events manager of Brettenwood Estate, said this was testament to the power of women working together.

Maria Valaskatzis, Kylie Pretorius, Sibu Lubelwana and Jojo Robinson.

“Let’s continue to inspire and uplift one another – strong women create stronger communities. Remember, you are powerful, capable, and unstoppable,” said Subban.
