Ballito liquor emporium tops the charts

Lifestyle outlet named KZN TOPS Store of the Year.

TOPS @ Lifestyle has been named SPAR Group’s KZN TOPS Store of the Year, positioning it as a contender for the national title.

Known for its sophisticated design and top-tier offerings, the store stands out with its exceptional range of wines, premium spirits, and professional service.

Store manager Mark Pearse credits the achievement to a blend of stunning aesthetics and an expert team.

“While our beautifully designed displays and perfect lighting are noteworthy, the real magic lies in our world-class liquor selection and our people,” said Pearse.

Manager Mark Pearce and wine specialist Eamonn Dowling with the prestigious award.

Wine expert Eamonn Dowling’s four decades of viticulture expertise makes him a star attraction. Originally from Dublin, Dowling’s passion for fine wine and dedication to curating an exclusive selection resonate with customers and staff alike.

Beyond wine, the store showcases a diverse array of high-end spirits, including gin, whisky, cognac, tequila, and craft beers. Since Pearse took the reins 18 months ago, he has focused on staff training, enhancing their knowledge and service skills.

Judged on criteria like display appeal, merchandising, community involvement, and customer service, TOPS @ Lifestyle has set a benchmark in liquor retail, proving it’s a cut above the rest.
