The Ballito Photo Club’s November meeting and competition was the last for the year and activity will resume in January after the festive break.
The set subject for the November competition was “White on White”, with Rung Button claiming the honours. The overall senior and junior winners were John Louw and Denita Lawrence.
Category winners were:
Mono: Suzanne Morshead – “Man’s Best Friend”.
Nature (no birds): Debbie du Plessis – “Fixed Stare”.
Nature (birds only) and overall monthly senior winner – John Louw: “Morning”.
Open Colour: Avril Eshmade – “In a crab’s world”.
Photojournalism and Sport: Avril Eshmade – “Above the wave surfing”.
Set Subject – White on White: Rung Button – “White Lysianthus”.
Visual Art: Theo Landman – “Lady in Red”.
