Best of Ballito is part of a proud South African tradition of “Best Of” competitions that have celebrated local excellence for over 30 years.

Now in its fourth year, the Ballito edition has grown to over 2 500 business nominations across 252 categories!

More than just a competition, it has become a trusted platform where the community honours top local businesses for outstanding service and quality. Winners are chosen solely by those who know best – the community – making the recognition truly meaningful.

Vote for your favourites today and stand a chance to win luxury getaways worth over R50 000 at some of the North Coast’s most exclusive hotels.

Everyone who nominated their favourite businesses in at least nine categories was automatically entered into the competition to stay at four exclusive local establishments.

As part of the nominating and voting process, winners will be randomly selected to take home a prize from our fabulous sponsors: Sibaya Lodge, Rain Farm Private Game Lodge & Spa, Sala Beach House and Canelands Beach Club.

The “Best of Ballito” has become synonymous with recognising excellence. The awards direct customers to the best quality in hospitality, retail and service industries on the North Coast.

Sala Beach House in Shaka’s Rock is offering one lucky couple a two-night stay for two in their luxurious 180-degree panoramic Ocean View Room, with daily breakfast and a 60-minute Terres d’Afrique body treatment worth R28 390.

Canelands Beach Club and Spa is offering a one-night stay for two in Ballito, complete with beach views, a welcome drink and a 30-minute couples’ back, neck, and shoulder massage, valued at R7 540.

Sibaya Lodge at Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom offers a two-night stay at the Sibaya Lodge in a luxurious third-floor room for two guests. The prize includes bed and breakfast for a total of R13 970. Situated within the elegant Royal Sibaya Hotel, is the Royal Court Restaurant, which offers an elevated dining experience in a refined and luxurious setting. Sibaya Lodge has included a R1 000 dinner voucher for the winner.

One family will win a weekend getaway for four at Rain Farm Private Game Lodge and Spa. The prize, valued at R8 000, includes breakfast, dinner and a family game drive around the North Coast’s only game farm.
