Fabulous Fair with Flair enjoys popular return in Sheffield

The fair has supported worthwhile causes in the district since 1973.

This year’s Fair with Flair annual fundraiser for the Christmas Fair Fund triumphed over the elements at Manor House in Sheffield.

The 2025 edition provided a unique platform for local artisans, makers, artists, bakers and small businesses to sell their original products. Despite challenging weather, the event was a vibrant success, attracting visitors from Durban, Hillcrest, Kloof, Pietermaritzburg and the South Coast.

Pauline Johnston, Shirley Williams and Helen Alexander.

“It was heartening to see people coming from near and far,” said Christmas Fair Fund chair Gaby Lyle.

“Visitors arrived in great numbers to shop, socialise and share the Christmas spirit.”

Cindy Goddard and Marilyn Corbett.

Saturday proved especially popular as a family day, with a lively atmosphere and enthusiastic community participation.
