Ballito Photo Club captures creativity ‘from above’ at year-end showcase

The final exhibition of the year attracted 90 photo entries from 46 members.

The Ballito Photo Club wrapped up its 2025 calendar with a vibrant November gathering at Simbithi Country Club.

The final exhibition of the year attracted 90 photo entries from 46 members. The evening’s competition was judged by Leon Hayes, a nationally accredited photography judge and member of Magalies Camera Club, who praised the creativity and technical skill on display.

November’s Set Subject, “From Above,” inspired a wide range of interpretations, from aerial landscapes to unique perspectives on everyday life. Hayes noted that the theme “challenged members to think differently and explore new angles.”
