5 March – First Thursdays at The Studios with live music by Quiet Storm from 5.30-8.30pm, before sundowners on Eat Street with DJ Royal Love between 4-6pm.

6 March – Women’s World Day of Prayer at Ballito Gesinskerk at 10am. This year, prayer will be directed towards Nigeria, uniting women around the world with the theme ‘I Will Give You Rest: Come’. All women are welcome.

– Live music with Ryan Mason at La Piazza Ballito from 5-8pm.

– The Black Lapels will play at The Market from 6-9pm, with The Kickstands performing on Eat Street from 6.30-9.30pm.

7 March – Launch of A Journey Becoming a Visionary Leader by authors Vincent and Ayanda Mkhize at the Ekhaya Guest House on Hilary Drive at 2pm. RSVP to Richard at 078 780 0735.

– Enjoy dinner with Angel at The Market from 6-9pm or Dave Imrie at Eat Street between 6.30-9.30pm.

8 March – Holi Colourfest hosted by the Ballito Hindu Dharma Sabha at the Ballito Lions Scout Hall, Townsend Park from 11am-4pm. Interested vendors, contact Neerisha on 074 163 6968.

– Sunday lunch with The Golden Super Hawks at The Market from 12.30-3.30pm or on Eat Street with Quiet Storm from 1-4pm.

13 March – Mixed americano padel competition at Rockets Padel Ballito, 3-8pm. R400pp, includes a goodie bag, shirt and court fees. Funds raised will be donated to Reach for a Dream. Registration essential via kerry@reachforadream.org.za.

17 March – Salt Rock Neighbourhood Watch AGM at Salt Rock Country Club at 6pm. All welcome. Contact 082 818 0464.

First Friday of every month: Burnedale Farm Night Market, 4.30-8.30pm in Umhlali.

Last Friday of every month: Market 032 night market, 5.30-8.30pm at La Montagne.

Saturday and Sunday and selected public holidays: Ballito Farmers Market, 8am-3pm at Lower Oaklands Farm, Umhlali.
