Glitz and glamour at Garden All White Jazz Experience gala dinner

Organisers are hoping next month's jazz festival will become an annual event.

Jazz lovers gathered at Darnall Country Club last Friday for the Garden All White Jazz Experience gala dinner, building excitement for the upcoming concert next month.

Guests arrived dressed to the nines and enjoyed live jazz performances that offered a preview of what audiences can expect when the main concert takes place at Sanibonani Roadside Lodge on April 6.

Alongside the popular annual Blythedale Beach Festival, the Jazz Experience hopes to improve the music and entertainment offering in the northern parts of KwaDukuza.

KwaDukuza mayor Siduduzo Gumede welcomed the initiative and encouraged residents to support it.

“Finally there is an event that includes the old-timers like myself. It is important to support such events,” he said.

Mandeni mayor Thabani Mdlalose and iLembe Enterprise Development board chairperson Nkosenhle Mngadi also expressed their support.
