Hundreds attend Ballito EDGE property launch in North Point

Ballito EDGE is the latest project from Arcis Property Development.

Strong investor interest was on display as Ballito EDGE was unveiled to a packed crowd at North Point on Saturday.

More than 300 prospective property buyers gathered for the official unveiling of the latest project by Arcis Property Development.

Invited guests were treated to guided tours of the active construction site and had the opportunity to explore the newly completed showroom, offering a glimpse into what could soon become their future homes.

The event was also live-streamed, allowing buyers and investors from across the country to participate in real time.

Radio and television personality Vanessa Marawa hosted the day, while DJ Sox set an upbeat tone with a relaxed, groovy soundtrack throughout the afternoon.

The unveiling showcased not only the Ballito EDGE development itself but also the lifestyle and community-focused experience Arcis aims to create.

Sales and marketing director for Arcis, Andrea Santoriello, said that Ballito EDGE has had more than 50 sales and 2 000-plus enquiries since mid-March. Due to demand, Saturday’s event had to be extended by a couple of hours.

“This is a clear reflection of the strong appetite for this offering, which is a combination of premium apartments, a strong lifestyle offering and accessible pricing that we believe is currently unmatched in Ballito,” said Santoriello.

“The energy on the day was exceptional, and with continued incentives for online buyers – we’re excited to see this momentum carry forward.”
