Matrics shine at Crawford valediction

Crawford College North Coast’s matrics were honoured for their achievements during the course of the year at their Valedictory Ceremony held on Tuesday, October 22.
Principal of Vega Durban, Greg Tregoning, inspired the students with a presentation which encouraged them to never give up on their dreams for their future.
Akshay Soni won the gold medal for first in grade 12 with 93.85%. He won the Mathematics Trophy for achieving 99% in Mathematics and 96% in Advanced Mathematics, and the Sciences Trophy for 94% in Life Sciences and 91% in Physical Sciences.
Mohammad Khan received the silver medal with an overall aggregate of 92.41%, while Rushern Chetty won bronze with 91.96%.
