As part of the beginning of the year programme Crawford North Coast’s grade four to seven pupils embarked on their bonding tours last week.
Pupils enjoyed the opportunity of getting to know their peers, as well as new pupils to their school and classes, by interacting whilst enjoying various activities on their tours.
The grade four group visited Sweetdale Adventure Centre on the South Coast while grade fives went to Roselands in the Richmond area. The Spirit of Adventure at Shongweni Dam hosted the grade six group and grade sevens visited Drakensville Resort in the Berg.
According to principal Bjorn Teunissen, “all the pupils really seemed to enjoy their time away from school and the opportunity to meet new friends”.
