Crawford North Coast pupils had been collecting grocery items all term for Nkobongo Resource Centre (NRC), previously Noah.

NRC is a day-care and feeding facility for the children of Nkobongo and the surrounding areas.

This facility provides orphans with the opportunity to be in a structured and caring environment during weekdays and after school as well as receiving at least one meal a day.

Each of the register classes were assigned specific grocery items which the Community Service pupils made into hampers.

Overall the school managed to put together over 28 hampers of grocery goodies. The hampers were handed over to NRC by the Crawford North Coast pupils and they will be distributed amongst the child headed household from the centre.
