Victoria Primary School is proud to announce that the Soaring Falcon, a Spur branch at King Shaka International Airport has included the school in its Sizzling Studies Programme.
The programme involves visits to the restaurant by groups of pupils where they are taught about entrepreneurship, budgeting, marketing, customer service and team work.
The grade seven pupils have completed the programme and apart from being taught skills, the children were treated to a delicious Spur burger and chips.
The CEO of Soaring Falcon, Hyno Arnold has committed his company to ensure that all pupils from Victoria Primary School will be incorporated in the programme by the end of the year.
Principal Lajeeth Maharaj said he appreciates the kind gesture and stressed the value of this initiative as pupils are receiving practical and on field experience of the real world.
