Pupils at Seatides School competed in the FET quiz finals on April 16 at the Phoenix Education Centre and achieved an amazing first place overall.
Meleshnie Govender, Mahmoed Seedat, Priyen Naidoo and Lynolan Moodley took on pupils from schools across the province in topics including current affairs, mathematics, history, science and politics and delivered answers that left their fellow competitors standing.
“The principal, staff and SGB would like to congratulate the participants for being placed first in such a prestigious event,” said teacher Veena Naicker.
As the pupils savour their sweet victory, there are no doubts that they will continue to exceed all expectations as they tackle future competitions in defense of their title.
