A programme to highlight the issue of abuse against women and children was held at Shakaskraal Primary School on Wednesday, November 25 as an important part of the school’s 16 Days of Activism.
Shakaskraal Primary was visited by a number of people, including officers from Umhlali police station, to further discuss the crime and to show their support for the school’s stance.
Children from Dinuphozo Primary, Shakaskraal SA Primary and Shakaskraal Primary schools joined together in a march along the Shakaskraal main road (R102) in which they carried posters and banners declaring their outrage against domestic violence and abuse.
