Recycle your style for a good cause

Support the Bloom Special Needs School's vintage fund-raising fair by donating goods and attending the event.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, clear your cupboards, and bring your money bags to the annual Bloom Special Needs School’s vintage fund-raising fair.

Before you buy, you need to give. Donate men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, accessories, bags and shoes or search your kitchen cupboard for household goods in good condition.

Drop off your items by Wednesday, February 24 at Bloom in Eden Village, Salt Rock.

Now, for the fun part – shopping. The fund-raiser fair runs from 8.30am till 4 pm on February 27.

Bloom’s Nicola Stirton said the vintage fund-raiser is a great way to recycle your style for a good cause.

“The money raised will be used to upgrade the toys, schooling programmes and equipment needed for the kids as well as general running costs. We invite everyone to join us and assist by donating clothes, helping us sort the items and most important, come and shop,” said Stirton.
