The start of each new year brings with it nervous and excited matriculants eager to discover how well they fared in their final school exams.
On the North Coast, the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) schools once again showed that they have what it takes to produce the brightest and best.
Ashton International College had 77 students sit the exams, Crawford College North Coast had 75 and Curro Mount Richmore celebrated their first ever class of matrics with 25 students writing matric.
All three schools achieved a 100 percent pass rate.
