The two Grade 7 Crawford Preparatory girls took part in the provincial virtual Youth Run, held to protest against gender-based violence.

According to the school’s head of marketing and admissions, Debbi Wagner both girls did astoundingly well.

Rosie scored first place in a 5km run, coming in at a time of 23 minutes and 4 seconds. Noa ran a 2km run and secured her position at 9 minutes and 28 seconds.

“Rosie decided to also run in the 2km run and tied with Noa. Well done girls!”
